Yep, he was a horrible Serbian, one of many horrible Serbians, he faced war crimes trials as he should have. Being a CIA informant isn't the "Serbia didn't perpetrate any genocide because one Serbian was an informant for the CIA" get out of goal free card you think it is.
It is simply your conspiracy theory that he was doing any of those Serbian crimes against humanity at the behest of the CIA. But at least you've finally admitted Serbian war crimes, although you only did so thinking your conspiracy theory amounted to something.
You want to go ahead and blame the CIA for the Srebrenica genocide of over 8000 Bosnian men and boys by Serbian proxy forces? Or you want to blame the CIA for the siege of Sarajevo by Serbian proxy forces for 1400+ days that killed over 11000 innocent civilians? How about the long long list of all the other Serbian war crimes perpetrated during Serbia's reign of terror throughout the Balkans in the 1990"s, all of that the responsibility of your go to boogey man the CIA too?
What is odd, your major constant crying and complaining is the "illegality" of the Nato campaign that stopped Serbian war crimes and yet here you are complaining that the CIA didn't intervene to stop Serbian war crimes.
