Chineser troops are not battle hardened and their weapons sytems etc untried .....russ reserves are exhausted
we saw little Vietnam win a very decisive battle aginst China some decades back btw

the caveat is .....not to invade either country or not substantially and not to attempt to take territory

russia was supposed to be second strongest military in the world ....what a joke !
Clearly China is ....but big gap with US
As a grouping European NATO (no US) I percieve overall as more powerful than China though way less troops .


not to say this can't change over time and I would expect China to strengthen ....a measure is ....China aren't attempting to take Taiwan ....they just aren't ready and won't be for maybe half a decade
