Russian doesn't care about civilians, look how they treat their own for one, half a million casualties for nothing, poverty across the country while the fascist dictator and his cronies steal all the money, they don't care, now look at the massacres all over Ukraine like in Bucha, Irpin, Izyum, demonstrated and deliberate murder of innocent civilians, and you doing your best to defend, deny and deflect for every Putin atrocity.
