Codswallop. They're/he is bright enough to understand you can only "negotiate" with Putin on his terms...haven't you heard him ? Blame shifting to the Ukrainians with Putin's shadow hanging over "negotiations". Maybe they would if Putin ever showed any sign of changing his position and approach but he hasn't and I doubt he will. He only understands Big Sticks I think. Besides...he hasn't exactly got a very impressive record of honouring past agreements and undertakings has he !! What don't you get ?
