yes ...exactly so .....another condition was that Ukraine undertake to have no western European allies
putin wanted Ukraine defenceless and maleable to his will - only a fool would've agreed to that .....but the pro russ always avoid those conditions
they like to pretend putin is honourable and that his word actualy means something ......I wonder if even they actualy believe it though
