Opposite of legal is illegal and that is a definite statement, Andy. No further discussion is needed, because once a legality of an action is established, all that is left is to work out the punishment. Unfortunately, NATO and the USA were not punished for what they did to a tinny country many decades ago, and that subsequently made the UN Charter worth less than the roll of a toilet paper in my bathroom.

That same NATO and the USA are now arguing that Russia is acting illegally, against the international law and the UN Charter. If you look it up in dictionary, you will find that scenario as a main example for hypocrisy.
