Putin got 16 recruitment centers for mercenaries in Africa alone. Many of them will settle in Russia or will migrate to Europe. Russian women prob wouldn't mind so they can rediscover lost passion living with their alcoholic partners. They can also pop out babies that Putin desperately need.

Peter the Great knew all that some 300 years back, was the reason he adopted an African and married the prettiest royal in St.Petersburg to him. Result led to the creation of the most wonderful Russian of all, Pushkin. Maybe Putin is stealing another leaf from Peter the Great.
