How is that an answer? How does the fact that the international environment is anarchic support the contention that poor child-like America innocently misunderstood the situation when it provoked Russia and Ukraine into a war that has cost those 2 countries over a million lives (not counting the millions more who have been hideously maimed for the rest of their lives) and brought about such levels of destruction that possibly even a trillion dollars would not be enough to repair. There comes a point when America does this soooo often that you have to admit that its being done by design.
