IMO countries already in NATO are Russia-proof in that
NATO combined led by the USA would lambast Russia
(short of a Nuke war)

IMO its not coincidence that Russia has targeted the Ukraine,
Georgia and Moldova becase these 3 , while having ambitions
of joining NATO, are not in NATO and as such do not fall
under NATO's security blanket.

To say that Russia has ambitions to invade a NATO member
country is absurd, IMO, just as is WW3 replete with Nukes.

Those who dont want to accept Russia's goal of preventing
the further eastward/south-eastward creep of NATO fail
to understand this war, IMO, and concoct all kinds for
phantom scenarios which are in essence a wish for WW3.

There has been a Cold War since the early 1950s when both sides
(USSR & USA) rightfully realised that a Nuclear War was unwinnable
and simply a folly for mankind. This Ukraine War has initiated Cold War 2 now , IMO,
with the Red Lines being drawn.
