    I don't know what the end result would be. The point is Kiev can keep refusing to negotiate (insisting on the return of pre 2014 borders isn't realistic at this point, and doesn't count), but it doesn't seem like a great idea if you care about normal Ukrainians. Russia are still holding back and things could get even worse.
