Maybe watch Oliver Stones History of America if you want a more gentle spoon-fed understanding of things in a global sense - not a local Chechnya sense
Why do folks like you play the "I've been to Russia - I know what it's like" bull? I am looking at almost every Western country and I'm seeing corruption and subversion - the democracy people think they have really doesn't exist
I've worked with Russians and several of my colleagues have worked in Russia - they are gutted that they have been prevented from returning - I must say none of them appear to share your view - go figure
