  Have you ever heard of a decoy tactic? Using an old and not valuable piece of equipment to pinpoint the enemy tank or the location of the enemy soldiers who are attempting to destroy the decoy. Of course not. 100 new tanks a month!!! To put it in perspective, the USA produced 22 tanks last year!

• Russia can replace its tanks at almost the rate it's losing them, the UK Defense Ministry said.
• Russia has lost up to 365 main battle tanks since early October, it added.
• But it's generating at least 100 tanks a month, largely replacing those losses, the ministry said.
