(just a shame that america did not allow ukraine to do a good deal with russia at the start of the conflict .. and have avoided all of these huge losses)

perhaps joe has not seen how the ukrainians replenish their ranks .. by contrast, for joe, it was relatively easy to avoid being conscripted ..
