    So by logical extension should we believe the Tsar is actually in cahoots with the US arms manufacturers and that's why he upped the ante big time in his War on Ukraine in 2022 ?
    Or is it more the case he completely misjudged the depth and effectiveness of Ukrainian defence and effectiveness along with the international reaction and response and thought it'd be a walkover like Crimea in 2014 ?
