    A bloke named Adolph also once launched a "military operation" because he thought it was in his interest too.
    Maybe the Tsar launched it to stimulate his arms industry overseen by Stalin worshipper Manturov and to help turn Rostec into Russia's largest manufacturing Company ? Or maybe the Russian Arms Industry Lobby just twisted the Tsar's arm and they're really running the show and calling the shots ?
