What do you think your quote proves, that Nato INVITED Georgia and Ukraine to join? You'd be wrong. Your quote only confirms that Nato will become members of Nato. That is NOT an INVITATION.

They will become a member of Nato because they APPLIED to join.

Nato invites Ukraine and Georgia and then rejects their own invitation to Ukraine and Georgia? That's the logic in your reality? Sure, makes perfect sense.

APLICATIONS Mook. An APPLICATION is NOT an INVITATION.
