Ukraine does not target civilians, that is the exclusive tactic of Putin. Countless civilian massacres around Ukraine at the hands of Russian forces is pretty conclusive that war crimes are an integral part of Putin's war, not isolated incidents within it.

I am talking about the fake Ukrainian war crimes video you posted and your denials of the deliberate war crimes like recently where Russia targeted a hardware store in the middle of the day full of shoppers.
