It's the second time in the last day or so I've seen you claim Putin is/has followed the "rule of law" in connection with his aggressive invasion and occupation of Ukraine but you've provided nothing in support. Why is that ? Do you always make unsupported claims ? I think it's time for you to back up your claims if you want others to take them seriously.
