Putin inventing his own laws is no different to the US inventing their own laws to invade Iraq in the 2000's.

As for Libya, I am not surprised you are absolutely clueless there, it's what happens when you just parrot propaganda without actually understanding what happened. There was a UN resolution authorising intervention in Libya, so it was legal. Try researching a little before you post, it'll avoid embarrassment like this for you.

As for Serbia, they deserved it, Serbian forces were perpetrating the worst crimes against humanity since WW2 throughout the Balkans for almost a decade and needed to be stopped, Nato did the world a massive favour brining Serbian crimes against humanity to an end.
