I can see that is what the account name is, but it doesn't specify officers in that post?
If that was true though, it would mean 1.2% of Russian officers 'confirmed' killed in Russia/Ukraine have come from a city representing 0.08% of it's total population [15 times more than expected?]. Everything is a bit dubious...
