    The corollary to "Is Russia's Global influence doomed"?
    is the US Global influence doomed?.

    Re the latter:
    -this war has strengthened the BRICS as a rival to the G7 thereby dividing the globe into 2 trading/political blocks.
    -this war has accelerated the demise of the USD in global trade
    -the recent move to the Right in Europe and potentially the USA threatens western ongoing support of the Ukraine.

    The bottom line seems to be that while all these western changes are happening, China
    is prospering as it leads the BRICS.
