    I highly doubt Russia are "in the mood" for negotiations whilst they have the momentum and same with NATO when there is an election coming up Biden looks weak physically, mentally and another foreign shores defeat would be a disaster for the campaign. IMO that makes next 6 months high risk for ww3 to start as Dems desperately try to narrate a victory in their proxy war.

    A ceasefire in January with a Trump victory is high probability and they will blame Biden and throw Zelensky under the bus.

    If the Dems win they will double down and commit NATO "coalition of the willing" troops to annexe Western Ukraine blame Zelensky and go for a Korean style east/west solution and stop the financial bleeding to buy time to regroup and catch up on arms production. A lot depends on Russian momentum at that time as to how the Russians take that situation.
