On TV, Republican Lindsey Graham stated the following:

"Ukrainians are sitting on 10-12 trillion dollars of critically important natural resources... They could be the richest country in Europe. I don't want to give this money and these assets to Putin, for him to share with China".

Basically, he's just a lobbyist. He gets paid for contracts in the military-industrial complex for Ukraine. American members of the military-industrial complex and the President's Office pay him. That's why he pushes the narrative to Americans, why they should continue investing budget money in a war, from which he specifically profits.

All his statements are aimed at persuading the American Republican audience.

Graham had previously suggested providing assistance to Ukraine in the form of credit or in exchange for its natural resources. Stating that America's debt is 34 trillion dollars, and this would be a good solution.

The senator once called the war in Ukraine a "good investment for the United States," because "We are destroying the Russian army without losing a single soldier."

By the way, it was he who pushed for reducing the draft age to 25.

So, there's no need to hype up the idea that "Ukrainians are sitting on 12 trillion dollars of natural resources," it's Senator Graham who's sitting on a percentage.
