    In a war of attrition its about which side runs out of combat ready personnel and weapons first.

    I think according to media Russia ran out of weapons in 2022 and people in May 2023 and the Navy in early 2024.

    Its all shovels, conscripts and T-55s for the army now and the Russian Navy has 3 tugboats left and yet they still advance...bummer
