Why select areas in the USA that are not main streets, these ghetto areas a few and far compared to the majority of CITIES that have lifestyles not representative of yourSELECTED RUBBISH IMAGES.

And yes they all have homelessness problems but 99%+++ are comfortable clean and people go about comfortable lives.
Why did you try to compare homeliness to TYPICAL HAVANA streets under still Russian socialist model?
