    I've been wondering what would happen when the russian stock exchange opens .....unsurprisingly putin is STILL blkocking Euro and Dollar trades .

    Effectively locking himslef out but if he allowed trades the rouble would've tumbled further .....he's going to try fixing exchange rates I think ......taking russia back to old times .
