The first point clearly shows a shift from freezing Russian Assets to funding the $50bn using the income from those assets. This is why the security of holding assets in US dollars is no longer safe under the Bidon administrations changed currency rules. Even Trump has acknowledged this change in US policy as being dangerous for the future of the US currency in world trade. Will Russia take the income from US assets held in Russia to counter the move? How will Putin react to this with regard to NATO and how will China react in fear of the same thing happening to them. We move closer to WW3.

yes ......if you invade a country and destroy half of it and your assets are taken to compensate the attacked country ......those assets are NOT safe held in US$.......but if you don't invade someone else they are fine !
