Not following what is happening in Kharkiv? They're "gaining" back to their own border.
So why does Putin need to "offer peace", why can't he just militarily take those areas he wants? What is he waiting for? Why not just win his war?
I guess you don't realise losing thousands of men every day and mountains of material for tiny tiny advances is not a winning strategy. I am sure Putin can keep this up for another 841 days of his 3 day war.
