Not only "legally won".....but legally retained.

The U.N. created Resolution 242, in which Israel would withdraw from captured territory and return it to the country of its origin if the country of origin cease acts of aggression and recognised Israel's right to exist.(Note that Syria has never recognised Israel or its right to exist, and still doesn't.)

Can you argue that the U.N. Resolution 242 is NOT a legal document?
