Thank you for just proving my point that a major difference is that the war in Ukraine was because of a Russian invasion, a foreign power trying to force their will and that Yugoslavia did not involve any foreign power external to those once part of Yugoslavia trying to enforce their will (just Serbian fascism trying to prevent independence by invading neighbouring countries, a massive fail).
The crimes against humanity by Serbian forces were illegal, you never take issue with those. Makes your constant waffling on about illegal a little shallow and hypocritical no?
Maybe the first step you need is to acknowledge that Serbian forces were responsible for some of the most barbaric crimes against humanity the world has ever seen. Then you might be in a position to talk about their "legality".
Admitting is the first step to recovery Lucky.

Lol! You will get it one day. Illegal does not have any other meaning Andy. Once you get past that obstacle, things tend to be more clearer. Not my definition. It’s a dictionary. NATO does not have a mandated to do anything outside their organisation. They are an illegal entity outside their boundaries Andy. Very simple. Peace.
