just btw ......legality is to do with the law ....international and laws of particular countries .....if NATO did ever act outside it's charter that is not ILLEGALITY .....unless it breaks some law .....the charter is internal ....the lws external ......not that has happened here by NATO supporting Ukraine .....that is WITHIN their charter .
