if putin wants a ceasefire ....he doesn't , he just wants a win .....then he needs to stop making demands and signal a willingess to actually NEGOTIATE
He and other russ have signlled clearly they are not interested in negotiating ......"peace will come when we have acheived our objectives" V.P.
...AND I THINK THAT'S ALL YOU WANT TOO ....for russia to lock in some gains
