As expected Russia slowly but surely becoming a vassal of China. Russia tricked China in late 19th century and grabbed a massive swathe of land in outer Manchuria in effect blocking China access to sea of Japan. Now Putin has agreed to hand over the river belt back to China clearing its path to north pacific. This was feared in discussions amongst Russian propagandists for many months now Putin seems to have just given it to China as he is cornered on world stage. This may be the start of bigger things to come like handing over all stolen land and access to Arctic through Siberia? Another win for Putin in this war.
