    despite that period of Ukrainian shell hunger , despite the months with no US aid .......the war is going nowhere !
    russia still want all those parts of Ukraine .....so have told Ukraine to hand them over for peace .......BECAUSE PUTIN IS UNABLE TO CAPTURE THEM !
