I agree with you mate that this war has
brought about the changes you mention:
-NATO members increased military spend
-Sweden & Finland NATO membership (by the way Finland favoured Hitler during WW2)
-an upgrade to western weapons production (management by crisis)
-Economic sanctions on Russia

But of course like all good propagandists, you are half right

On the other side of the equation:
-Russia has managed to diversify trade thereby minimising the impact of western sanctions
-This war has drawn Russia & China closer as well as the BRICS etc
-This war has minimised the use of the USD in global trade thereby threatening its status as the Global Currency
-This war has severely impacted western economies with rampant inflation driving major
. European countries such as Germany, UK & France to the brink of recession
-Economic sanctions on Russia has motivated up to 30 non aligned countries to express BRICS membership
-During this war and due to its economic impact the existing BRICS have passed out the G7 in GDP (PPP)

So to be neutral one has to see both sides of the coin; not just one-side blinded by bigotry, mate.
