I agree that Russia should have taken part in these talks.... even if it was so PooTin could see all those countries laugh in his face when listening to his demands.
Look at it this way though, if thugs undertake a home invasion in your house, kill & rape your family.... you don't invite them to discuss what it will take to get them to leave do you!
