Originally the US added across the border from the Sumy region was green lit to attack, on top of the Kharkiv region, and then this was excluding ATACMS, seems now they have dropped all restrictions.

Huge win for Ukraine.

I can already hear the cries of "ESCLATION!!!", yes, Ukraine will be able to greatly escalate their defence of their country because now Russia has lost a significant amount of safe space to be able to launch terror attacks from.

Quite a few bases are within ATACMS range.
