    Trying to excuse Putin's barbarity by deflecting to the history of the US is a terrible defence. Just a tip.





    Shall we compare the histories of the Kremlin and the White House and see who was the most evil?

    What criteria will we base the assessment on? The number of people murdered by each regime? The number of decades brutally occupying countries against their will? The number of mass deportations to Siberian gulags? The deliberately induced famines? The murderous purges?

    Pretty clear who is going to come out most evil.

    But don't let that stop you trying to excuse Putin's attempted genocide in Ukraine.
