I'm quite aware the old Soviet Union has an abysmal past. 1940s and Stalin was an abysmal period in history, and just look at who Britain and America decided to align with?

American foreign policy has been one of murdering people who get in their way. On the scale of murdering people Putin might be their equal, but in his 20 years in charge he has, in no way, caused the global carnage that America and their allies have caused.
