Up there with Mitch McConnell admitting that funding for Ukraine was heading straight into an established war machine in Ukraine are these 2 quotes relating to a time prior to 2022.

Angela Merkel said: "Minsk 2 agreement served to buy time for Ukraine to arm itself against Russia"
Zelensky said 2019: "Ukraine is now ready for a military conflict with Russia because of the West's arms supply."

One of many quotes before Putin made the decision to go into Ukraine, a move that apparently "surprised" many people. Apparently a move that no one had expected nor could they understand, and yet Zelensky announces in advance that he is ready to take Russia on with the backing of the west? To think people fall for this bs.

The argument seems to be that Germany was only a guarantor of  Minsk 2, why should Putin or anyone be concerned when the German leader openly admits it was a sham? Why would Putin not trust people who openly admit they were lying to him, and openly mock Russia for falling for it?

Zelensky a man elected on a promise of reconciliation with Russia, then declares post Minsk 2 that they are ready for conflict.

So many idiots that have fallen for the lies of NATO/US and Zelensky; now 2 years on, many thousands are dead, a small few military companies are a whole lot richer and Ukraine is sliding further down the plughole. All in the name of democracy!
