Here's what he said to Lindsey Graham. So, as long as US and Europe keep stumping up cash, he will find a way to change the legislation. If they have an election, it'll be a foreign tax payer funded nod to democracy. Whether he then honours the result, should he lose, is anyone's guess.

Ukraine was already a democracy when Putin invaded in 2014. Ukraine was still a democracy when Putin invaded further in 2022. Ukraine is still a democracy despite Putin's occupation of 18% of the country. Your little cope line about the "US delivering democracy" is nothing more than more baseless anti US conspiracy junk from you that has nothing to do with Putin's unjust and unprovoked genocidal war on Ukraine.
