One sunk ship didn’t open up Ukraine’s exports. It was a series of sunken Russian warships, of significant value and capability Russian warships that Ukraine sunk, over time, that defeated Putin’s Black Sea fleet.
Putin implemented a naval blockade. He thought he had the power to do it. He did for some time until Ukraine took away that power. Now Ukraine can export freely.
Quite a simple concept.
It is not a narrative, it is fact.
Long term strategic implications are looking terrible for Putin on the Black Sea.
