@Garlic munched Ukraine likely hit that train station, the aerodynamic debris from the Tochka-U rocket itself was located to the south west of the station - if a Russian Tochka-U managed to drive deep into Ukraine behind the lines for launch maybe the Russians could be blamed. Remember Tochka-U is the old ballistic type missile and doesnt cruise but follows a ballistic trajectory so where the debris lands shows where it was fired from
