Only russian missiles have nose cones on the front as everyone knows......

The horizontal band positions on the cone dont really match in the two pictures and the rusty old wreckage in the first picture is not shown at the beach so might be some old file footage too

The bottom picture shows the SA-15 Gauntlet air defence missile which is used in the TOR-M1/M2 and may well have been the type fired at the incoming ATACMS. It being air defence it doesn't use cluster munitions but HE & frag so the cluster bombs were not from the Gauntlet.

As we all know its unlikely the ATACMS cluster warhead actually targetted the beach itself and more likely fell there due to successful intercept but like Ukraine propaganda all hits on civilians are blamed on the opposition.
