What neither you or putin seems to factor in is NK is "on the nose " internationaly .....UN has passed sanctions against them ....which russia have broken .
Takes a lot for security council to agree on anything ....they did on N K !!

Russia taking this route of having Iran and N K as direct allies will sideline russia diplomatically with much of the world .

And ....China has been the long term ally of N K ....will China be happy about russia muscling in and gaining influemce there ?
