A few days after the signing of the defense pact between Russia and North Korea, Pyongyang announces that it will send troops to Ukraine.

U.S. lawmaker Michael Waltz, who represents Florida in the House of Representatives, commenting on the deal, said this was bad news for both Ukraine and the United States. Waltz, veteran of the war in Afghanistan, added:
