    I was looking for reporting of war crimes in early April and stumbled across the Russian Wagner mercenary group's crimes being reported in Mali... These are the same war criminals Putin is using as assassins in Ukraine. I assume they are the same ones who are setting up torture chambers in police stations in occupied towns.
