War News 24/7 has revealed the North Korean deployment since last March.

Some other sources speak of a North Korean Army Division. Most likely, the beginning of the Engineer Unit and then the Division will follow.
The military pact signed by the two states during the Russian president's visit to North Korea says:
If either side is in a state of war by an armed invasion by one or more states, the other side will provide military and other assistance by all means without delay.
The signed Agreement on the Strategic Partnership has a 4th chapter, which provides for mutual military assistance in the event of an attack on one of the countries by a third party. At the same time, as Kim Jong Un pointed out, Russia is already facing aggression from the entire NATO bloc
U.S. lawmaker Michael Waltz, who represents Florida in the House of Representatives, commenting on the deal, said this was bad news for both Ukraine and the United States. Waltz, veteran of the war in Afghanistan, added:
North Korea has been storing weapons - missiles, missiles - for 70 years. Russia will receive an unrestricted supply of all this, including ballistic missiles. And North Korea has its own interest in this because it will receive advanced Russian missile and nuclear technologies, technologies and reinforcement in the space program. Pretty sure that 700k Russian soldiers currently in Ukraine is enough to secure the new borders, but it is a positive news for the Kremlin to have a friendly country prepared to provide a direct military assistance if needed.
