Irelevant anyway ....Ukraine are not going to give up their own land in those 4 oblasts....they currently hold , which putin is completly incapable of taking back ..... for nothing in return .

Putin is asking for everything and giving nothing ....he knows that will nver beaccepted ....token effort ....not any desire for peace ....merely a russian win and leaving the door open for more russian aggression latrer .
