This is a war of attrition with relatively small advances into well prepared defensive positions. I would not expect any dramatic % change in a country as large as Ukraine on short timescales like days or weeks but at some point down the track if manpower on either side is significantly depleted there could indeed be some dramatic change, particularly if the other side can muster a significant offensive force and the defence can't respond in sufficient numbers...
